Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for anyone in the second half of life who is looking to improve their mobility, reduce stress and connect more deeply with their body. We celebrate the diversity of bodies and experiences and in particular want to provide a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community and allies.

Introduction to somatic movement practice:

Florian Filtzinger brings years of experience as a somatic educator and movement therapist and is particularly known for supporting individual development processes with empathy and expertise.
