Mynewsdesk is the official media partner of CSD Berlin 2025

For this year’s Christopher Street Day demonstration in Berlin, Berliner CSD e.V. is launching a new collaboration with Mynewsdesk. As the official media partner, Mynewsdesk is providing its platform free of charge for one year to facilitate and streamline communication between CSD Berlin, the media, and the public.

Through this partnership, Berliner CSD e.V. gains access to Mynewsdesk’s tools to create, publish, and distribute press releases, news, and other information before, during, and after the demonstration. The organization will also use Mynewsdesk’s services for media monitoring and reporting. The aim of the collaboration is to strengthen the visibility and accessibility of the CSD demonstration and to ensure that key messages reach a wide audience.

“We are very pleased to support Christopher Street Day Berlin in its press work. CSD Berlin is one of the top 10 events worldwide advocating for openness, inclusion, and the right to self-determination, and Mynewsdesk helps organizations make their messages visible and reach as many people as possible. We strongly believe in the message of CSD Berlin. Internally, we are also committed to fostering an inclusive work environment—regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, or physical ability,” says Kristina Pilkinton, Country Manager at Mynewsdesk.

As part of the partnership, all news about CSD Berlin throughout the year will be published and distributed via Mynewsdesk. This will enhance the visibility of the event and make it easier for media outlets to access up-to-date information about CSD Berlin.

“For the first time in many years, Berliner CSD e.V. will have official media monitoring. CSD Berlin is a major event with hundreds of media outlets from around the world, resulting in extensive coverage. Until now, we had to rely on media sending us links or search for them ourselves online. With Mynewsdesk, we have found a truly ideal partner who has made a strong commitment. This is a huge relief and a step toward the professionalization of our daily work. On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Mynewsdesk for helping make queer topics more visible. We look forward to a long and successful partnership. We would also like to thank PR-Journal and Annett Bergk, without whose call this partnership would not have come about,” says Sandrina Koemm-Benson, Press Lead at Berliner CSD e.V.
