We are looking for an Executive Director (m/f/d)

In recent weeks and months, we have taken many important steps toward achieving non-profit status and further professionalizing our organization. This new direction opens up numerous opportunities, and we are excited to fulfill your frequently expressed wish to finally appoint an executive leader once again.

Working alongside a dedicated team of freelancers, employees, and volunteer functionaries, the new executive will have the opportunity to actively shape the Berliner CSD (Pride) and advocate for the interests of the queer community in Berlin. Our goal is to continue professionalizing our structures and strengthening our political influence. The position involves 30 working hours per week, with a flexible start date from March 1, 2025, or later. The role is based at the organization’s office, although mobile work is also an option. Remuneration is based on the guidelines of TV-L. Applications must be submitted by January 31, 2025, with initial interviews scheduled to begin on February 5, 2025.
