On Saturday, July 26, 2025<\/strong>, CSD Berlin raised its voice not just in the streets \u2013 but also on multiple stages around Brandenburg Gate<\/strong>. Immediately following the demonstration, the big closing rally<\/strong> kicked off, accompanied by a vibrant stage program: bold, political, musical \u2013 and for everyone.<\/p>\n \n \n Start:<\/strong> 3:00 PM The main stage hosted a diverse closing rally<\/strong> \u2013 with speeches, artistic performances, and live music acts. By focusing on a single recipient, Berliner CSD e.\u202f V. hopes to amplify its impact and increase visibility.<\/p>\n This year, the award went to the campaign \u201cNie wieder leise\u201d<\/strong> by Woman Life Freedom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The initiative \u201cNie wieder leise\u201d stands out for its clear political stance and committed activism. Its goal is to make marginalized voices heard \u2014 in a time when many people are once again facing threats, discrimination, and exclusion.<\/p>\n What makes their work so special:<\/p>\n They break the silence.<\/strong> The initiative takes a stand against society\u2019s silence in the face of racism, antisemitism, queerphobia, misogyny, and other forms of hatred. Instead of looking away, it demands a clear position.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n They create space for unheard voices.<\/strong> Through readings, panel discussions, and public actions, those affected speak for themselves. Their perspectives take center stage \u2014 they are not spoken about, but listened to.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n They call for solidarity.<\/strong> \u201cNie wieder leise\u201d invites people to actively stand with those affected.
