Our self\u2011defence workshop will help prepare you for dangerous situations in everyday life and show you ways to respond. We\u2019ll talk about what violence is and help you identify possible courses of action. Over the three hours, you can expect a focused blend of theoretical basics and practical exercises, especially from the Krav Maga combat system.<\/p>\n
The workshop is for all queer adults and their friends. You can take part regardless of your fitness level, though unfortunately the venue is not fully accessible.<\/p>\n

\nPlease wear comfortable sportswear and bring water and a towel. Training takes place on floor mats, barefoot or with boxing shoes.<\/p>\n
