This new direction opens up numerous opportunities, and we are excited to fulfill your frequently expressed wish to finally appoint an executive leader once again.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Working alongside a dedicated team of freelancers, employees, and volunteer functionaries, the new executive will have the opportunity to actively shape the Berliner CSD (Pride) and advocate for the interests of the queer community in Berlin. Our goal is to continue professionalizing our structures and strengthening our political influence. Passionate applicants who are eager to drive the Berliner CSD (Pride) forward with dedication are warmly encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The position involves 30 working hours per week, with a flexible start date from March 1, 2025, or later. The role is based at the organization\u2019s office, although mobile work is also an option. Remuneration is based on the guidelines of TV-L.
