Sarah Connor is the surprise support act at the closing rally of the 48th Berlin CSD Pride on July 25, 2026.

Sarah Connor is supporting Berlin CSD e.V. and the entire queer community by performing as a supporting act on the main evening of the CSD on Saturday, July 25. She will appear that evening on the main stage at the closing rally at the Brandenburg Gate.

Sarah Connor has been a supporter of the queer community for decades. With her 2019 song “Vincent,” she created an anthem for people coming out. The song was—and remains—controversial due to its explicit depiction of a teenager discovering his homosexuality, yet it has given hope to countless individuals navigating this challenging phase of life.

Speaking to the dpa, Sarah Connor emphasizes how much she admires the queer scene. She has many queer friends and openly admits to frequently seeking advice on relationship matters from gay acquaintances. In her view, the queer community is “miles ahead of the hetero-monogamous world,” particularly when it comes to composure, communication, and openness.

Marcel Voges, a board member of Berlin CSD e.V., explicitly thanks Sarah Connor for performing as a supporting act without a fee: “Sarah Connor has been an icon of the queer community for many years and is celebrated and revered by many for her openness and active support. We at Berlin CSD e.V. are also honored that Sarah is performing for our community at the Brandenburg Gate without a fee.”
