Register walking group 2026

Join us at CSD Berlin 2026 with your walking group!

Registration for walking groups will be possible on this page starting April 20, 2026. As part of the future concept adopted at the 2025 general meeting, we are currently working with the CSD Forum on a new concept for walking groups to give them better visibility at the demonstration. Of course, the basic idea remains: Every group is warmly invited to participate in the CSD and to join the demonstration, either registered or spontaneously. How the registration works

1st Walking Group Registration: Complete the registration form in full. Include the number of participants, your planned messages, and any special requirements.

  1. 2nd Confirmation: After reviewing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with all important information about the procedure and organization.

As a walking group, you contribute significantly to the diversity and visibility of CSD Berlin. Your messages, banners, and creative contributions form the heart of the demonstration. Let’s join together to make a strong statement for acceptance, equality, and diversity!

    ❓ FAQs

    Is there a fee for walking groups to participate?

    No, participation is free. However, Berliner CSD e.V. welcomes voluntary donations to support the association’s work.

    Will my walking group be published on the CSD website?

    Yes, after the registration phase ends, all registered walking groups will be published on the CSD Berlin website.

    Are there safety guidelines for my walking group?

    Berliner CSD e.V. does not provide individual planning or security for walking groups. As the route is not enclosed by fences, it may get crowded in some areas.

    • We recommend using stewards who can keep your group together using ropes or similar aids.

    • If it gets too crowded, please move to a less congested area and rejoin the parade later.

    Is there a minimum or maximum size for walking groups?

    No, there are no fixed limits. However, large groups should ensure good organization to stay together during the demonstration.

    Do we need to provide our own stewards?

    Yes, we strongly recommend that each walking group provides their own stewards for the safety and cohesion of the group.

    What if I want to register after the registration deadline?

    Late registrations are only possible in exceptional cases. Please contact demo@csd-berlin.de directly.

    Can I modify or withdraw my registration later?

    Yes, changes and cancellations are possible. Please inform us early so we can adjust the planning accordingly.
