Dear Volunteer,

Thank you very much for your willingness and interest in supporting the 2026 Berlin CSD. Without your commitment, the CSD would not be possible.

The following questionnaire is designed to help us find the best role for you. Please take a moment to carefully fill out the questionnaire. It is very important that you answer the questions honestly. If it turns out on-site that you have not answered truthfully and are therefore unable to perform your assigned duties, we reserve the right to reassign you to a different role or to relieve you of your volunteer duties.

You do not have to answer this question, but it may help us find the ideal area of deployment for you.

Skills & Preferences

I actively approach people I do not know and speak to them on my own initiative?
I am motivated to actively contribute to the success of an activity (e.g. fundraising)?
Do you have experience in gastronomy / bar / serving drinks?
I can stay calm in hectic situations and distinguish what is important from what is not?
Do you have experience supporting people with disabilities?
I can approach people in a friendly way, provide orientation, and direct them safely?
I prefer working in a calmer environment with less hustle and bustle?
I can handle hustle and bustle, loud noise, and many simultaneous impressions well?
Do you have first aid knowledge or a current first aid course?
Do you have a valid driver’s license?
Do you already have experience or training in de-escalation or awareness?
Do you have practical experience with event technology, for example sound, lighting, stage, or streaming?
I feel capable of walking long distances?
Are you physically able to lift or carry items of up to approx. 20 kg if needed?
I can handle being in contact with many people over a longer period of time?
