Register vehicles
Get one of the 80 slots for vehicles at the CSD Berlin 2025 demonstration!
Registration takes place in two phases: a first wave with 60 places (including 15 for non-profit associations) and a second wave with 20 places by lottery.
Register now: Starting place CSD Berlin 2025 (1st wave)
Registration for starting places starts on January 30, 2025 at 12:00 noon and ends on February 10, 2025 at 12:00 noon.
How the registration works
1st starting place registration (1st wave): Register early! The first 60 trucks will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. There are 15 starting places reserved exclusively for non-profit organizations.
2nd starting place registration (2nd wave): There is a second registration phase for all those who can only decide later whether they want to register a vehicle. In this phase, 20 starting places will be allocated by lot.
3rd confirmation and registration of the vehicle: After successfully registering your starting place, you will receive a notification from us as to whether you have been allocated one of the starting places. You can then finally register your vehicle, submit the documents and transfer the entry fee.
Order of the vehicles in the train
The order in which the vehicles take part in the CSD is not determined by the registration time. This is only decided in a lottery. Block 1 is determined by the association in order to optimally coordinate partners and central messages.
Participation fees for vehicles
The cost of participation depends on which category you fall into and how big your vehicle is.
The participation fee does not include the right to advertise on the vehicle for the registering organization. If this is waived, the participation fee is reduced by 10%. A waiver of advertising for the registering organization does not only consist of the omission of the own logo and/or name. It must also not be possible to draw any conclusions about the organization from the overall impression made by the rest of the vehicle’s design.
Note: Vehicles with electronic drive receive a 20% discount on the entry fee. The timed runs may be postponed if there is a large number of participants. We will inform you of any changes in good time.
