This workshop will provide an introduction to gender identities and how to be respectful of them in the workplace. It will highlight the importance of the use and display of pronouns and neo-pronouns for a more inclusive working environment. Different approaches, case studies and best practices will be presented on how to integrate gender identity into the organisational (e.g. HR processes) and practical (e.g. bathroom labelling) structure of your workplace.
This workshop is intended both for HR and P&C professionals and allies and coworkers for creating both organisational and trivial actions towards a more inclusive work environment.

Victoria Reichenbacher
is a freelance DEI consultant and auditor, speaker, safer nightlife activist and DJ based in Berlin after journeys to Scotland and Spain. Her DEI focus is on product and service audits according to ISO 30415, gender equity, gender identity and privileges. She’s founder of AlphagemO and working in collaboration with BeamReach Inclusion for numerous clients all over Europe.
