Queer Fit Berlin offers outdoor workouts by and for queer people. The target group is anyone who identifies either as queer or part of the LGBTQIA+ community. The goal is to have fun together and to motivate people for movement and be active, by providing an encouraging, comfortable, and inclusive workout space for people as an alternative to commercial gyms.
The workout will be outdoors and consist of 5-6 simple bodyweight exercises designed to suit all fitness levels.
Max 15 attendees per class.
Dates: Sun 7/7 at 11:00 and Tue 9/7 at 18:00 (ca. 1 hr duration)
